How Mute Works
‘Systematic soundproofing London’
Mute Soundproofing®, a London soundproofing company, designs and installs bespoke soundproofing systems; servicing the public, residential and commercial sectors. Mute provides this service within the context of a phased project management system, summarized as follows:
Phase 1: Initiation
Through in-depth consultation, the client’s requirements are ascertained and a project brief formulated.
Phase 2: Site Survey
All relevant data is recorded from site, including dimensions, architectural/structural/logistical features. Where appropriate, a sound test is carried out by a qualified technician.
Phase 3: Design and Planning
The information gathered, through phase 1 and phase 2, is utilised to design the most appropriate system, where necessary, to meet industry sector regulations. Alongside this, costs are finalised and a schedule of works is formulated.
Phase 4: Installation
Mute’s skilled team of installers and trade professionals undertake the installation. For certain applications, Mute will operate in a consultancy and/or supervisory role, to instruct and/or oversee the installation by an external contractor.
Phase 5: Completion
Before completion, the installation is checked and tested to ensure it complies with design specifications.
